Default Kromede's Jewel Combine suggestion
Any suggestion with what to combine Kromede's Jewel? I was thinking the blue 31 level orb from silver coins, but does 7% attack speed deserve all these coins? (the 36 gold one is way too expensive).
I happens to have a 2nd Kromede's Jewel, shall I combine that or it's a waste, since it has identical stats?

Run FT, get Krom Tome, D/E Jewel.

Combine Tome with Groggets/Silver coin/Gold Coin tome.
