why cant create an elyos character in israphel server? anyone can tell me

and thats realy bad i wanted to play with friends at elyos side too but they cant make elyos account and I am already lvl 36 cant just leave char in middle
would be good if ncsoft will allow ppl to make chars at restricted side if they get invite from 1 of players on that side
3.0 is all about uniting friends and bringing more fun so why u have to seperate us with samo restrictions

If we stop seiging and let you guys have forts then you won't be able to make any asmos for awhile....that is so lol... Maybe they should let ppl make whatever faction toon they want, just sayin

If your account already has 8 toons on the server you are going to get that message every time you log in. I get the same message and I know it's annoying but I live with it.
