Default Balic Craft: Noble Sky Dragon Emperor's Durable Staff
Does anyone know where to find this craft? It appears we can take 3 failed attempts and make the proc. Seems too good to be true :/

can that design exist in the game but you cant get it? someone linked the design the other day and asked where do you get that from...

Probably just need to wait for a future update to enable it. I think they will continue to add more recipes its just a matter of time.

There are a lot of items that can be linked in-game that don't actually exist. They are just in the database but not implemented. :/
