Default Black cloud Market Wallpapers broken?
The black cloud wallpapers are listed for replaced the wallpaper in a house.
When they arrive? They are usuable in a -Palace- only.

I've Tried Midday Lunch, and Peacefull Garden.

They should be able to be applied to all types of housing. I will check into it :)
