There is a level restriction - which I am pretty sure is 30, but production is in a meeting right now so I can't ask. So you will not be able to get a ticket with a bazillion new accounts, unless you intend to level them to 30 :)

This is an event that Korea already ran, and it was quite popular.

I'm already worried about Enchanting stone prices going back up after stones were taken off of BCM. Eternals are already insanely expensive to plus up. Now not only will the prices for these go up further, but there won't be any available to buy off broker. :/
