Pledge of Earth Effect / Oath of Earth Effect Lv 1: (Magical)
415 Earth damage (+45 per enchant)
-50% attack speed (8 seconds)
-50% casting speed (8 seconds) (100 acc mod)

Promise of Earth Effect Lv 10: (Magical)
405 Earth damage (+45 per enchant)
-50% attack speed (8 seconds)

Nice, thank you, Momo. I have been wondering why Chanters got that as a level 74 skill as it appeared to be exactly the same as the Promise of Earth version.

Just out of curiosity, does Numbling Blow (major stigma) override it or something? :P

Not sure if field effect1_basiclv is the one that determines effect priority or not...
