I am now having this same issue. In Sanctum I tried using the travel stone to move to the other side of Sanctum and crashed. Now every time I log in it crashes right after choosing my character. I did have my pet out at the time. Was my first time using the stone since the 3.0 update. My character's name is Vexille.

just got stuck today going to the library in the back of sanctum

character: Audrael
level: 16
server: Israphel

EDIT: YAX posted a fix that worked for me for me. delete DATA folder inside aion directory and run repair from ncsoft launcher... try this before sending tickets people. it works <3
