Hello,

Need some info on how to increase my AS into the mid 500s. I am currently 502 and every design bar the master crafts have no effect on my skill level it seems. I believe that the heliotropes do but surely it cannot be from crafting them could it. I mean thats only like 4 a day... And yes crafting armors above the 500 mark increases it I am sure but only by a small margin and at quite a decent cost considering the time frame for crafting the heliotropes.

Any sure fire info would be much appreciated

You don't really benefit from having more than 3-4 levels above 500. Proc'ing is not related to your level in anyway, only success and failing the craft.

keep making 500p items and it will increase

Be sure to use the concentrated crafting tables in the housing district. Buy the item that goes with it and you should get better gains much faster.

Every craft has recipes for that, the cheapest being the one that uses fine elemental stones, firm rawhide, and magical aether.

There's also the 450p balauarea award recipe for those trying to get to master.

Is there a version of this for asmo?

It's a crafting recipe sold by each craft's vendor under quests. Just outside the Temple of Artisans you can talk to the shapers of dusk and join them. You get a daily quest to turn in the crafted quest items for coins for nice recipes. Just buy the cheaper quest design, and sometimes you will proc the HQ version which is what you turn in for the daily quest. The design is a 1 time per use, so it's a bit more tedious than the usual "buy up 100 crafts worth, hit craft all & browse the internet" but it definitely works.
