Is there access to your warehouse as an Elyos other than going to Sanctum?

Do you mean the legion warehouse? Cause if so, no. However in every city there is at least one personal bank/warehouse for you to use without having to trek back to Sanctum.

Sadly no, but every main city has one.

To a degree. If you go to a site like aiondatabase.com or aionarmory.com you could search for the bank npc to find their location however that might be a lil' tricky with all their varying names.

They are always in capital cities (the town you start in each zone) and are fairly easy to find. I'm sure you won't have any trouble finding any...if it helps sometimes there are a bunch of stacked boxes around them but yeah ^.^; I dunno how much that helps

There is. You'll find her in a room with boxes up the staircase on the right, ya' can't miss it.
