Default Queen Vespine
I am trying to complete the mission "Plant Poison Antidote" and the Queen Vespine has not respawned in over 25 minutes. I have seen her in this spot twice(the first time someone else killed it, the second time a group member did and got the loot). After waiting for a long period my group left to complete the rest while I am still here waiting for it to spawn again.

It seems that if you have the ability to wait for about 40 minutes then you get one to spawn followed by another in rapid succession. After that its another 40 minutes. Maybe it isn't a bug, but it was annoying.
