Default Installer stuck on 0%
Whenever I try to install the game it gets stuck at 0% and will not do anything. Any suggestions?

Good day.

I have problem too...

Friend I'm having the same problem in my company I'm not able to install the game. Every time I'll open the "launcher" automatically locks. I do not know what else I gotta do.

In my house, the download don't pass of 96%, its só bad! I need help....

NCSoft any suggestions?

Same here, my download stuck at 96% and cant get past it! Trying everything and cant find a solution for it.
I want to play!

Mine does it on my older laptop and th. I get blue screen of death
