Default Shugo Nomads Schedule?
Does anyone know what it is? I've only found these guys once so far and I'll need to find them again to turn in a quest. Plus, if I don't manage to get a house due to prices getting out of control, I want to console myself with retail therapy from the dress shop ;P

Does anyone know if they show up only once per season, or specific times throughout a season?

They sell clothes, give quests to use the Umbronite Gems, and have special house items.
