Default [Growth] Training Camp Trouble
Kill the Nochsana General in Nochsana Training Camp(3/3).
Talk with Netalion.

I can't seem to find the npc Netalion to turn in this quest.

Does anyone know or have any ideas as to where he may be?

Netalion is at the main camp in Eltnen
